AI - Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineer - FDE Senior Manager

Accenture Security is hiring Cybersecurity Forward Deployed Engineers: production engineers who embed inside a client's company, working alongside its security and engineering teams to make AI systems secure, governed and resilient. You work in Accenture's Reinvention Delivery Engine (RDE) pods, small long-running teams that deliver in 90-day cycles. The role is explicitly not consulting, compliance advisory or pen testing.

You'll lead AI security architecture and threat modeling for production agentic systems (LLMs, multi-agent pipelines, RAG, MLOps). You'll build detection and threat-response tooling with agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) as your main way of working. You'll also own AI-specific threats such as the OWASP LLM Top 10 and prompt injection, apply EU AI Act and NIST AI RMF governance to live systems, advise client CISOs and CTOs, and coach a team.

Requires 10+ years of production engineering with depth in a cybersecurity discipline, 2+ years building and deploying agentic AI in production, and 8+ years of end-to-end security delivery and cloud security (AWS, Azure or GCP). Travel up to 100%. Open in 40+ US offices, including New York City.
