Forward Deployed Engineer Manager

Accenture is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer Manager: a product-minded, customer-embedded AI engineering role working directly with clients, partners and internal product teams to design, prototype, deploy and scale end-to-end AI solutions on platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, SAP and ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Work with clients and internal teams to understand business problems, shape AI use cases and define technical solutions from ambiguous requirements.
• Design and implement end-to-end AI solutions integrating LLMs and AI services with enterprise platforms (SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, data platforms, internal systems).
• Rapidly prototype, iterate and deploy AI-enabled workflows, agents, copilots and automations into real operational environments.
• Drive solution architecture: prompt and workflow design, API integrations and orchestration, enterprise knowledge integration, security, privacy and governance.
• Own solutions from concept to prototype to production, and provide technical leadership on responsible, secure, scalable AI deployment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, Java), including integrating APIs and building distributed production systems.
• 2+ years with modern AI/ML platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic or similar) and workflow orchestration / agent frameworks.
• 5+ years with enterprise platforms (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, data platforms) and translating business needs into technical designs.
• 5+ years of client-facing communication, leading technical discussions and workshops.
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering or equivalent experience. Travel 25%–75%.
