Full Stack Lead (FDE)

Accenture Singapore is hiring a Full Stack Lead (FDE) to drive the design, development and delivery of modern digital solutions across enterprise-scale platforms. The role combines hands-on technical leadership with architecture ownership: you lead a development squad while shaping scalable, secure, high-performing applications, working closely with business stakeholders, product teams, architects and engineers.

What you'll do:

• Lead a cross-functional development squad and set technical direction across the full software development lifecycle.
• Define and govern application architecture, solution design and engineering standards.
• Design, build and oversee scalable full stack applications; drive cloud-native architectures, microservices, APIs, DevOps and CI/CD.
• Run architecture and code reviews, mentor developers and resolve complex engineering challenges.

What they're looking for: a degree in Computer Science or similar, 10+ years of software engineering with 3+ years leading teams, full stack experience (React, Angular or Vue.js plus Java, .NET or Node.js), REST APIs, microservices and event-driven architecture, and hands-on Azure, AWS or GCP.
