You Are: An Associate Manager, Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) who helps clients accelerate their adoption of Agentic AI using Salesforce Agentforce and Data Cloud. You bring together deep Salesforce platform knowledge, business process expertise, solution architecture, and hands-on AI implementation to translate complex business challenges into scalable, production-ready agentic solutions. You work directly with clients to identify high-value AI opportunities, design intelligent agent workflows, and build and validate Agentforce solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. Complex problems don’t faze you, thanks to your analytical, problem-solving, and hands-on technical skills, and you bring out the best in your team and your clients. The Work: 1. Agentic AI Strategy & Use-Case Discovery Partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify and prioritize Agentforce use cases.
