Forward Deployed Engineer

Actively AI builds Per-Account Agents that research accounts and advance next steps for revenue teams; customers include Ramp, Ironclad and Samsara, and the company has raised $68M from TCV, First Harmonic, Bain Capital Ventures, First Round Capital and others.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you own new-customer onboarding end to end: integrating with agents, configuring the system, running multi-week ROI pilots, handling complex data onboarding (for example mapping Salesforce custom fields into Actively's schema), and digging into SQL/Python and LLM model performance. You feed field learnings back into product and tooling to make onboarding faster and more self-serve, working directly with the founders and product/engineering.

Looking for strong Python and SQL, ML fundamentals, interest or experience in LLM products, and high ownership with customers. Bonus: 3+ years as a Solutions Engineer, FDE, Data Scientist or founder, and enterprise delivery experience. In-office in NYC with equity, health/dental/vision, unlimited PTO and daily dinners.
