AGF Management, the Toronto-based asset manager, is creating a founding team of Forward Deployed AI Engineers inside its AI Centre of Expertise. Initial focus is Investment Management and Distribution, expanding to all business functions over time.

You will partner with portfolio managers, distribution, and operations leaders to find high-value problems, then design, build, deploy, and support production AI: agents, Copilot solutions, RAG over enterprise content, intelligent workflows, and integrations with enterprise systems, all within AGF's AI governance and risk frameworks.

Looking for: 7+ years in software/AI engineering, solution architecture, data engineering or tech consulting; 3+ years building AI/ML/GenAI; advanced Python; agent design, RAG, API integration and DevOps. Azure AI Foundry/OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform and Databricks preferred; financial-services experience a strong asset.
