Forward-Deployed Engineer

Alex is an AI recruiter that screens and interviews candidates over voice and works inside the systems companies already recruit with. Forward-Deployed Engineers are the technical owners of every Alex deployment, the most end-to-end engineering role at the company: you design the solution, build it, integrate it, ship it to production, and own it afterwards.

What you'll do:

• Turn a customer's hiring process into workflows that run: triggers, filters, interview guides, and actions back in their ATS
• Own the integration surface across roughly two dozen applicant tracking systems, building new integrations and maintaining existing ones
• Run the technical side of onboarding: connection, permissions, job import, field mapping, workflow build, test interviews, go-live
• Own deployments in production, diagnosing support issues to root cause
