Forward Deployed AI Engineer

Our Compute and Graphics team is putting agentic AI into the core of how its teams work, not bolting it on. You will sit inside a CG team, learn how they actually operate, and ship the tools and automations that change it. Build fast, watch people use it, fix what breaks, innovate. Working in a collaboration with the team, what you build gets shared, reused, and turned into patterns other engineers apply across CG. Success is simple to judge: someone does their job better because of what you shipped. What we are looking for You keep pace with AI because you use it, not because you read about it. You have a working sense of where it delivers and where it falls short. You can build the thing and get people to adopt it. A tool nobody trusts is wasted work, and you treat adoption as part of the job. You ask before you build. You want the real workflow and the real bottleneck, not the first request that lands on your desk. You respect the teams you support. You are not expected to be an expert in their field, but you pick up a workflow fast and know where it hurts.
