Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer II

Attune is a Chicago-based healthcare voice AI company building compliant automation for patient and member outreach. Its Forward Deployed Solutions Engineers build and deliver production-grade voice agents for healthcare clients on the Attune platform.

What you'll do

• Join client conversations and turn real needs into a build plan.
• Build voice agents and YAML-defined workflows on the Attune platform.
• Write test scenarios that try to break your own work, debug live agent behavior and fix it.
• Own deployments end to end, from first client call to go-live, working with a Forward Deployed Engineer on novel deployments.
• Feed what you learn from clients back into the product.

What you bring

• An engineering or problem-solving background (CS/engineering degree, quantitative field or self-taught technical track record).
• Comfort reading and writing structured configuration and reasoning about conditional logic and state.
• Roughly 2–5 years in an adjacent technical delivery role (implementation, sales or analytics engineering, automation, QA).
• Nice to have: conversational AI, IVR, telephony or contact center exposure, and Python scripting.

Hybrid in Chicago's West Loop, 3 days a week in office. There is a path from FDSE II into Forward Deployed Engineer and solution engineering leadership.
