Aurelian (YC, NEA-backed) builds AI tools for 911 centers: AVA, a conversational agent that answers and resolves non-emergency calls, and CORA, an on-screen assistant for call-takers during emergencies. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you'll be the bridge between Aurelian's platform and customers' legacy systems, travelling regularly to customer sites to implement, support and optimise deployments. Open to candidates who have already graduated and can start ASAP.

What you'll do:

  • Build and maintain strong, reliable integrations with customers' legacy systems.
  • Travel to customer sites to implement, support and optimise deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and proactively identify issues in demanding real-world environments.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and customer stakeholders as a trusted field partner.
