Software engineer, Forward Deployed

Aviator (YC S21) builds engineering productivity tools (MergeQueue, FlexReview, Runbooks) used by teams like Slack, Figma and DoorDash. This early full-stack engineer role is mostly building product with the founders in SF, with roughly a week or two each month spent forward deployed - embedded with a customer's engineering team, getting Aviator working inside large monorepos, custom CI and legacy build systems.
