What you'll do
- Embed with program teams to map workflows, systems, data flows, decision points and exception paths, and produce automation roadmaps.
- Design, build and deploy AI agents that reason, plan and act across existing tools, APIs and data sources.
- Build evaluation frameworks, golden datasets and regression tests; scale agents from shadow mode to production.
- Instrument audit trails, monitoring and metrics; drive adoption and change management; codify playbooks and reusable components.
What you bring
- 5+ years in software engineering, ML engineering, technical advisory or solutions engineering.
