Forward Deployed Engineer - R01572128

Brillio is a digital technology services provider helping Fortune 1000 organizations with digital transformation. As an AI Builder (Forward Deployed Engineer), you work directly with business stakeholders to find opportunities, rapidly prototype AI solutions and turn successful concepts into production-ready systems.

What you'll do

• Translate business challenges into working AI solutions, building and iterating fast with Claude Cowork, Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf and GitHub Copilot.
• Develop full-stack solutions spanning front end, back end, APIs, integrations and AI orchestration.
• Build generative and agentic AI solutions: RAG architectures, AI agents, workflow automation and prompt engineering.
• Take prototypes from concept through deployment and production, demoing and iterating with stakeholders.
• Navigate enterprise AI governance, security and compliance while keeping delivery fast.

What you bring

• Hands-on experience with modern AI development tools and building generative/agentic AI solutions.
• Full-stack experience with Python, React and/or Next.js, plus API and enterprise-system integration.
• Familiarity with LangGraph, CrewAI, LangChain or PydanticAI.
• Experience deploying solutions in enterprise environments and explaining technical concepts to business stakeholders.

Hybrid in Minneapolis, MN. Salary $130K–$170K.
