Capgemini Invent's Data Driven Transformation (DDT) team combines data science and engineering with business consulting to build context-driven analytics and GenAI/agentic systems, delivering production-ready impact with a builder-advisor ("forward deployed") mindset. As FDE Managing Consultant you lead embedded engineering delivery across one or more client environments.
What you'll do
- Lead embedded engineering teams and own delivery quality across workstreams.
- Own technical relationships with Director- and VP-level client stakeholders.
- Establish engineering standards, documentation practices and delivery rhythms.
- Ensure solutions are production-ready, governed and transferable to client ownership.
What you bring
- 7+ years in embedded, forward-deployed or enterprise software engineering (consulting preferred).
- Experience leading a small engineering team within a client environment.
- Deep hands-on expertise with Palantir Foundry or equivalent enterprise AI/data platforms.
- Experience delivering governed AI solutions, data pipelines and platform enablement.
