Casca is building AI-native technology for banking that replaces legacy systems and automates manual lending work. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you'll spend roughly 70% of your time building and shipping and 30% embedded with bank teams on-site, working alongside underwriters, lenders and operators. 1–6+ years of software engineering experience (React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, LangChain, Vercel AI SDK).

What you'll do:

  • Embed with bank teams to understand their day-to-day workflows and bottlenecks.
  • Turn that understanding into working software and AI-powered systems that replace manual processes.
  • Help migrate customers from legacy systems; own problems end to end from definition to deployment.
  • Feed field learnings back into the Casca platform.
