Forward Deployed Engineering Lead (SVP - Applied AI & Engineering)

A strategic, hands-on engineering leader shaping AI-powered solutions for Citi's Client Network Services (CNS), driving the build-out and delivery of Chorus for CNS and deploying agentic AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical strategy, architecture and delivery roadmap for Chorus within CNS, driving rapid, reliable production deployments.
• Work directly with clients, stakeholders and end users to understand workflows and deliver end-to-end solutions from concept to production.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of engineers while staying hands-on in architecture and code.
• Design and build agentic AI solutions using Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, integrated into enterprise workflows.
• Develop scalable APIs and backend services in Python and Java, plus responsive user interfaces.
