Public Cloud - Forward Deployed Engineer (VP)

Join Citi's Cloud Technology Services (CTS) team as a Forward Deployed Engineer helping shape and execute Citi's public cloud strategy — from a cloud-based HPC platform for large risk calculations to enabling GenAI at scale and payments solutions.

What you'll do

• Hands-on technical contribution in a product team focused on public cloud container fleet management services, supporting Citi's secure, enterprise-scale cloud adoption.
• Build and deploy solutions alongside cloud engineers and full-stack developers.
• Identify and develop automation to improve public cloud service consumption.
• Partner across Citi technology to align public cloud initiatives with business goals.
• Help define and measure availability and reliability success criteria.

Who you are

• Experienced full-stack developer with hands-on enterprise-grade application development, focused on AWS and GCP.
• Passionate about engineering best practices.

Hybrid working (up to 2 days at home per week) in Belfast.
