Forward Deployed Engineer

Clarion builds AI agents for healthcare that handle the patient journey end to end: scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing referrals and prescription refills. Backed by Accel, Y Combinator and Sequoia (Scout), the team works in person in New York City.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer you write production code: building integrations, configuring AI agents and implementing platform logic around each customer's workflows and scheduling rules. You own implementations from scoping through go-live, act as the main technical contact for customer teams, monitor and tune agents in production, and turn what you learn in the field into product requirements.

Looking for 3+ years of engineering experience shipping production systems while working directly with customers (this is hands-on coding, not just project management), experience leading complex multi-workstream projects, and comfort leading architecture discussions with technical stakeholders. On-site in NYC.
