Forward-Deployed Full-stack Engineer

Creative Chaos is hiring a full-stack engineer with strong React, Node.js and SQL experience to join a forward-deployed team delivering a new AI product to enterprise clients for a global management consulting firm. Each client is served by a small pod (a product lead and two engineers) working alongside the firm's consultants.

What you'll do

• Integrate client data sources (warehouses, ERP, CRM, operational systems, APIs) into the product.
• Write and tune SQL queries and data pipelines that turn raw client data into reliable metrics.
• Extend the product's frontend and backend for client-specific needs and use its agent/SDK tooling to configure workflows.
• Debug data quality issues on site with client IT teams and data owners.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-stack engineering with React and Node.js in production; JavaScript/TypeScript and Redux.
• Strong SQL and hands-on data integration experience (ETL/ELT, APIs, data warehouses).
• Experience building with LLMs or agent frameworks.
• Experience working directly with customers or end users.

Engagement: 3 to 6 month engagement starting in November; on-site Monday to Thursday, remote Fridays. Candidates must live in the Greater Boston area (Waltham, MA), Cincinnati, OH, or Dallas, TX and be authorized to work in the US.
