Senior QA Engineer, Forward Deployed

On Ellipsis Health's Forward Deployed Team, which runs enterprise conversational AI deployments from SOW through go-live, the Forward Deployed QA Engineer ensures the reliability and quality of the Sage conversational AI product across client workflows, bridging QA, AI engineering and production operations. Open to remote candidates in the US.

What you'll do:

• Map client workflows and design positive and negative test cases.
• Build automated test scenarios using shadow agents and evaluate prompts used in the testing framework.
• Run sanity, smoke, regression and functional testing across staging, pre-production and production.
• Perform rapid root-cause analysis of LLM-driven behaviours in live deployments.
