What you'll do:

Give compelling and clear technical demos to our clients to showcase platform capabilities and integration processes.
Work directly with our clients to deploy our APIs, SDKs, and UXs into their existing architectures.
Write basic glue code and make basic API calls to facilitate smooth and customized client integrations.
Troubleshoot campaigns, investigating where issues may be stemming from and how to rectify problems.
Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Account Management and Engineering, for any technical initiatives or issues.
Translate complex technical discussions into clear requirements that engineers actually want to build from.
