Technology Consulting - TMT - Forward Deployed Engineer - Manager

EY Technology Consulting's Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer at Manager level in AI Engineering and Solutions. You will manage client workstreams and teams delivering enterprise AI, data, digital engineering and cloud solutions for Technology sector clients.

What you'll do:

• Manage AI, data, cloud and digital engineering workstreams from assessment and design through implementation and adoption.
• Translate client objectives into requirements, target-state designs, delivery roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, product teams and client stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
• Support solution shaping, proposals and reusable assets and accelerators; coach team members.

Requirements: 6+ years in technology consulting, AI engineering, data platforms, enterprise architecture or digital engineering; experience leading teams on enterprise AI, data or cloud initiatives; working knowledge of GenAI, ML, data engineering and MLOps; cloud-native architecture on Azure, AWS and/or GCP; experience taking GenAI, RAG or agentic systems from prototype to production. Travel as needed. US work authorization without sponsorship required.

Salary ranges by office: $166,900-$278,100 (NYC, Boston, DC, Washington State, Southern California); $173,800-$289,700 (Bay Area); $139,100-$254,900 (all other US locations).
