EY Technology Consulting is building a Forward Deployed Engineering capability for its Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) sector. As Senior Manager you will establish and lead the FDE capability for Technology clients, embedding with client executives and engineering teams to take GenAI, RAG and agentic programs from idea to production.

What you'll do:

  • Own the architecture of GenAI, RAG and agentic solutions for client programs while staying hands-on in the code.
  • Embed with client leaders and teams, translating business problems into production systems.
  • Build reusable patterns, accelerators and delivery standards for the FDE practice.
  • Hire, coach and grow Forward Deployed Engineers.

Requirements: 15+ years of relevant experience; strong Python or Java; Azure, AWS or GCP; Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD; data platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake or Microsoft Fabric. Up to 50% in person with clients. US work authorization without sponsorship required.

Salary ranges by office: $205,900-$427,800 (NYC, Boston, DC, Washington State, Southern California); $214,600-$445,700 (Bay Area); $171,600-$392,100 (all other US locations).
