Forward Deployed Engineer (Federal)

Field AI builds risk-aware, field-ready embodied AI for robots. As a Forward Deployed Engineer you'll bring Field AI's autonomous systems to life in the real world, owning deployment, integration and ongoing performance in the field, working hands-on with customers and internal teams. This role supports testing, deployment and integration of wheeled robotic platforms across federal and commercial programs.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end deployment of autonomous systems in customer environments; configure, test and keep them operational in real-world conditions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and implement monitoring and diagnostic tools.
• Gather field feedback and drive improvements with product and engineering teams.
• Train and support customer operators and build scalable deployment playbooks.
