Senior Manager, Deployed Engineering

Fieldguide builds software that automates and streamlines the work of advisory, audit and tax practitioners at the world's largest CPA firms. Its forward deployed engineers (FDEs) work alongside practitioners at large audit firms, building prototype agents on those firms' real workflows and shipping production code, for example producing verifiable citations from dense Excel workbooks.

The Senior Manager, Deployed Engineering role starts as a player-coach: you'll work directly in customer deployments, write production code and solve the hardest technical problems yourself, while building and leading the team around you. You'll own technical delivery for some of Fieldguide's largest enterprise customers, from scoping through production, including single-tenant and government-cloud environments and regulated data. Reports to the CTO/co-founder.
