Forward Deployed Engineer, Business Operations

Fluidstack's Decision Team turns every process that takes AI infrastructure from land to live compute into software. In this forward deployed role you build internal systems for business operations: the hiring machine as software (recruiting system sync, interviewer supply and load, auto-generated onboarding), a cash view that turns purchase orders, contract terms and build milestones into order, cash-demand and payment schedules, and a capital pipeline from approved budget to spent dollar gated on verified build milestones.
