Forward Deployed Engineer, Compute Operations

Fluidstack's Decision Team turns every process that takes AI infrastructure from land to live compute into software. In this forward deployed role you build the fleet health system (real-time telemetry and tiered healthchecks across Kubernetes and bare metal, correlated alarms for on-call), turn repair and RMA into generated, tracked work, ship hardware qualification (burn-in, performance baselining, validation) as rack-level software workflows, and run facility maintenance on the same system as the fleet.
