Forward Deployed Engineer

Fredrin is a desktop kanban that runs many AI coding agents in parallel, with real branches, worktrees and pull requests. As a forward deployed engineer you'll land it inside real engineering teams: embed with them, wire it into their repos and CI, and write the code (in their codebase and Fredrin's) that makes adoption stick. Fully remote, async-first.

What you'll do:

• Own customer deployments end to end, until their first agent-run tickets are merging.
• Make each customer's repo agent-ready by writing project context and conventions, proven against real tickets.
• Wire the runtime layer: agents, remote-paired machines, connectors and automations against the Fredrin API.
• Debug the desktop shell, worktrees, branches and CI status flowing back to the board.
• Turn field learnings into product changes you ship yourself.
