Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) , you’ll work closely with customers and internal teams to design and guide the implementation of scalable, supportable, and future-ready network solutions that fit well with the gaiia platform. This role requires a deep understanding of telecom network infrastructure and the ability to translate technical network architecture into actionable solution designs. You’ll act as trusted technical voice during implementation phases, working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Customer Solutions, and Engineering.

What you'll do:

• Conduct deep discovery sessions to understand customers’ existing network environments, including CPE, access, transport, core, and OSS/BSS layers.
• Document network topologies, business process flows, and integration points with clarity, highlighting constraints, dependencies, and design assumptions.
• Help customers and internal stakeholders understand trade-offs and priorities when designing around a mix of new and legacy infrastructure and business operations.
