Join the AI Accelerator team in YouTube's Go-To-Market organization, a newly formed group driving AI transformation of YouTube Business GTM operations. As engineering lead, you'll identify painful operational bottlenecks and rapidly deploy enterprise-grade AI-powered solutions to solve them.
What you'll do:
- Build GenAI PoCs (LLMs, RAG, agentic frameworks) to demonstrate feasibility, translating ambiguous business problems into software solutions.
- Lead delivery of complex AI applications, moving rapid prototypes to production-grade systems (e.g., multi-agent systems, MCP servers).
- Partner with product managers and stakeholders to co-create tool roadmaps for YouTube's business operations.
- Author technical designs, write clean, maintainable code, build front-ends and deliver from scoping to deployment.
- Build eval pipelines and observability frameworks covering accuracy, safety, compliance and latency.
