Its Forward Deployed Software Engineers work in small, agile pods that embed directly with business teams to turn technology into a revenue-generating arm of the real estate business.
What you'll do
- Work side by side with operators, asset managers and customer-facing colleagues to identify opportunities and design solutions.
- Prototype, test, launch and scale new ideas, often going from concept to production in weeks.
- Build products and platforms for internal teams, tenants and partners that minimize friction.
What you bring
- Proven programming expertise in languages such as Python, Java, C++ and TypeScript/JavaScript, with hands-on experience developing alongside AI agents (e.g. Claude Code).
- Practical experience with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure and front-end frameworks.
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in CS, math, software engineering, physics or data science is especially relevant.
Entry-level, full-time role in NYC. Salary $100K–$120K plus cash incentives.
