Founding Forward-Deployed Engineer

hussh builds private personal AI (Private Agent One, the iMoney money app, and the puppy home supercomputer) and is founder-funded and profitable. Forward-deployed engineering is led by co-founder Kushal Trivedi; you will be one of the first 3–5 FDEs, working directly with the CEO.

What you'll do

• Own deployments end to end: scoping with the customer, integration, go-live, and the first hard week after.
• Build deployment playbooks as you go so the second deployment of anything is boring.
• Feed field truth into the core platform weekly.
• Integrate with partner platforms and APIs.

What you bring

• 4+ years of engineering with real systems shipped to real users; able to debug production at the customer's side.
• Full-stack range: APIs, data, deployment, and enough infrastructure depth.
• Comfort with ambiguity and with sitting with a customer until it works.
• Nice to have: Palantir-style FDE or solutions engineering, financial-services/advisor-tech or hardware-adjacent deployments.

Remote anywhere in the US (HQ Kirkland, WA), with travel to customers. $160,000–$220,000 base plus a 0–10% deployment-milestone bonus and founding equity (4-year vest). US work authorization required; OPT/STEM OPT welcome, sponsorship may not be available.
