Forward Deployed Infrastructure Engineer - Eastern US

Hyperbolic Labs runs an open-access AI cloud and GPU marketplace. In this Eastern-time-focused role you are the engineer embedded with reserved customers who run large multinode GPU clusters: you stand their clusters up, hand them over and stay with them, owning environments rather than tickets.

What you'll do:

• Build, validate and benchmark new customer clusters and hand them over with documentation.
• Handle deep escalations: multinode/NCCL performance, GPU and hardware faults (XID/ECC), drivers, fabric, containers and schedulers.
• Coordinate with capacity providers on maintenance windows, RMAs, hung nodes and fault attribution.
• Own monitoring and alerting (Grafana, Prometheus) for customer clusters.
• Automate repeat work and turn escalations into runbooks.
