JLL is rolling out AI agents directly into the business. As a Forward Deployed AI Engineer you'll own an assigned business area as a one-person engineering team, using the central AI Center of Excellence's methodology and platform to turn business problems into shipped agents and MCP integrations, then handing mature work off to platform and operations teams.

What you'll do:

  • Build and ship agents in close partnership with business SMEs and operators.
  • Stand up MCP servers and connectors from pre-production through to production.
  • Bootstrap skills, integrations and evals on JLL's AI platform (LLM gateway, shared RAG, MCP toolchain).
  • Run workshops with business teams and teach them to use Claude Code.
