What you'll do:
- Own end-to-end solution architecture and technical direction for the pod, with golden evaluation sets, regression harnesses and red-teaming before release.
- Write and ship secure production code weekly and harden systems for enterprise scale and reliability.
- Lead and mentor the pod from problem framing and MVP to deployed workflow, in two-to-six-week delivery cycles.
- Run discovery, working sessions and demos with audiences from engineers to CIOs, CISOs and CFOs, and steer pilots into long-term adoption.
- Build testing and deployment harnesses for hybrid LLM and rules-based model configurations.
What you'll need:
- 7+ years shipping secure production software for data, ML and AI-native applications in Python, Go, Rust or Java.

- STEM bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience; operating scalable systems on Azure, AWS or GCP.
- Deep familiarity with agent frameworks, coding harnesses (Claude Code, Cursor), Model Context Protocol and model evaluation.
- A verifiable portfolio or shipped codebase; ability to travel domestically.
