The Kyndryl Forward Deployed Engineer is a delivery-first role for early-career engineers who want to work where AI systems meet real enterprise complexity, embedding with customer delivery teams to build, prototype and deploy AI-enabled solutions in production under guidance from senior engineers. Python (or C#, Node.js, TypeScript) proficiency required.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with customers to translate business challenges into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
  • Rapidly prototype custom AI solutions with agentic AI frameworks.
  • Own delivery from scoping to production and optimise performance, scalability and reliability.
  • Capture field learnings and contribute code and feedback to Kyndryl's AI platforms.
