Forward Deployed Engineers are the builders on this engagement. They work inside the Client environment and repositories, turning specifications into working software quickly and then hardening it for production. In design, the Spec FDEs build prototypes of submission intake and FNOL that MSIG stakeholders can use and react to.
What you'll do:
- Build services, APIs and workflow logic for the model gateway and the document ingestion pipeline.
- Write and maintain prompts, agent definitions and evaluators, and use evaluation results to improve extraction quality.
- Implement integration components, schemas, mappings and transformation logic for delivery into MSIG underwriting and claims systems.
- Contribute to CI/CD, environment configuration, test automation and release notes.
- Work to specifications and the prioritized backlog, and flag early when a spec is ambiguous or unworkable.
- Keep all code and artifacts in client repositories to MSIG and NTT DATA engineering standards.
