Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Manufacturing

NTT DATA is seeking a Forward-Deployed Engineer (FDE) - AI Products to lead the implementation, deployment, and operationalization of NTT DATA's AI-powered products within customer environments. This role is responsible for ensuring successful adoption of industry-specific AI solutions by translating customer requirements into configured, deployed, and production-ready implementations. The ideal candidate combines product implementation expertise, customer-facing consulting skills, and strong technical capabilities across cloud, AI, and platform technologies within Manufacturing environments.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI products within customer environments, including discovery, design, configuration, deployment, user adoption, and optimization activities.
• Partner with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives, operational processes, challenges, and success criteria.
• Translate customer business requirements, workflows, and operating procedures into platform configurations, business rules, integrations, and AI-enabled workflows.
• Configure and deploy product capabilities, including workflows, connectors, business rules, extraction models, and customer-specific settings.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, architecture, and customer teams to ensure implementations align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Deploy and support AI product solutions within cloud and customer-hosted environments using established deployment and operational processes.
