Forward Deployed Engineer

We're looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who thrives at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success. You'll work directly with customers to solve complex technical problems while building the software that makes those solutions scalable.

What you'll do:

• Partner with Sales and Customer Success on technical customer conversations, implementations, and onboarding.
• Debug customer issues across APIs, integrations, and production systems.
• Design and build product features, internal tooling, and automations that improve both customer experience and engineering velocity.
• Own engineering projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements through implementation and deployment.
• Work directly with customers to understand complex workflows and translate them into product improvements.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
