Director, Forward Deployed Engineering - Open Models

NVIDIA is hiring a founding Director to build and lead its North America Forward Deployed Engineering organization for open models (NVIDIA Nemotron and Cosmos), delivering domain-tuned, production-ready custom AI through NVIDIA's partner ecosystem. The role stays technical: setting direction for post-training, evaluation, harness engineering and inference optimisation.

What you'll do:

• Hire and develop FDE leads, managers and senior engineers across North America.
• Set technical direction and be hands-on in the hardest engagements.
• Build trusted relationships with partner and end-customer leaders and drive three-way engagements to production.
