Senior Forward Deployed Engineer, Open Models

NVIDIA is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to drive technical engagements with partners and customers across its open model portfolio (NVIDIA Nemotron and Cosmos), turning open models into production-ready AI tuned to specific domains, from post-training through harness optimisation. The work runs primarily through NVIDIA's partner ecosystem, co-leading joint customer engagements.

What you'll do:

• Take use cases from discovery and scoping through post-training (LoRA/PEFT, SFT, RL), evaluation and deployment.
• Design evaluations and synthetic data pipelines; tune the harness (prompting, tool use, orchestration, context management).
• Optimise inference for cost-effective production.
• Build reusable recipes, reference pipelines and playbooks for partners.
