Forward Deployed Engineer, Test & Validation

Ohm (YC W23) is an enterprise AI platform that helps engineering teams develop, test and validate complex physical products such as battery cells, EVs and wearables. In this role you'll write code, deploy analysis and planning capabilities, and own the engineering validity of production systems used in live customer programs.

What you'll do:

• Build and own the test planning, execution and analysis capabilities at the core of Ohm's platform.
• Work directly with customers on their hardest test and validation challenges: schedule risk, coverage, resource allocation, requirements traceability.
• Build the domain knowledge infrastructure behind Ohm's agentic analysis.
• Bring frontier test and validation workflows into the platform as production capabilities.
