Forward Deployed Engineer

The Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) is the most technically complete role at Oscilar, an AI risk decisioning platform for banks and fintechs. You sit at the intersection of customer success, platform expertise, and agentic AI deployment, owning the full technical relationship from the first technical conversation with a prospective customer to live production and ongoing expansion. This is an engineering solutions role with deep customer proximity, not a support or sales role.

What you'll do:

• Lead technical discovery with prospective customers: integration requirements, data architecture constraints, and risk decisioning objectives
• Embed with strategic customers to design agentic risk systems and drive implementations
• Serve as the field intelligence that shapes what Oscilar builds next
