CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict

Pendo Predict builds custom predictive models (churn, upsell, expansion) on product usage, CRM and data-warehouse data. As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Predict team (contractor engagement, hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office, working US EST hours) you'll embed with customers and prospects to design, build and ship predictive models inside their real data environments. SQL is a daily tool.

What you'll do:

• Run technical discovery on analytics maturity, data availability and business processes.
• Design the data model and target metric with customers; map Pendo, Salesforce, Snowflake and other warehouse sources to Predict requirements.
• Build and present predictions in the prospect's own domain, explaining methodology and accuracy to technical stakeholders.
• Guide customer IT/data teams through integration and tune model parameters per customer; feed learnings back into the product.
