Forward Deployed Engineer

Praxent, an Anthropic partner that builds software for banks, credit unions, lenders, insurers and wealth platforms, is hiring Forward Deployed Engineers. You embed directly with a Praxent client (a bank, lender, or payments company) and build the AI systems that run inside their business, owning a workstream and taking it to production: writing most of the code, making day-to-day calls, and getting it across the compliance line.

Requires 3+ years shipping production software; LLM/agentic systems experience (RAG, agent frameworks, vector stores, evals) is ideal; Python and/or TypeScript, a major cloud, containers and CI/CD.

Remote role open to residents of CO, FL, GA, MA, MD, MN, NE, NC, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX and WA; US work authorization required (no sponsorship).
