Forward Deployed Engineer – Salesforce (Client-Facing Solution Lead)

Innovior, part of Probe Group, is pioneering an agentic delivery model and is hiring a senior Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineer. You'll be the primary technical presence on client premises, leading discovery, shaping solutions and rapidly building production-grade software directly in client platforms, without intermediate layers of business analysts or project managers.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery and whiteboarding sessions with operational owners and executive sponsors, and run technical pre-sales demonstrations.
• Turn partially formed client concepts into working software in short, iterative cycles.
• Design, configure and code across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud and Agentforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components and Flow.
• Architect integrations with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Apply AI-assisted engineering workflows and own delivery through to user adoption.

What they're looking for

• A track record delivering complex Salesforce solutions hands-on, with deep Apex, LWC and Flow skills.
• Experience leading client discovery or pre-sales conversations and working independently inside client organisations.
• Availability to work on client premises in Melbourne or Sydney, with interstate travel as needed. Salesforce architect certifications are preferred.
