Senior Forward Deployed Engineer

Salesforce Senior Forward Deployed Engineers are the Technical Builders who design, build and deploy the most complex agentic AI solutions directly inside enterprise customer environments. You'll lead technical delivery on your team, partner with a Deployment Strategist to own customer outcomes end to end, mentor other engineers and set engineering standards for deploying agentic AI at scale.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture to production handoff.
• Design and ship agentic systems on Agentforce: agent logic, tool calls, multi-agent orchestration, guardrails and enterprise integrations.
• Own the data lifecycle across Salesforce Data 360, Snowflake, Databricks and customer platforms.
• Resolve hard technical blockers: data integration failures, model deployment issues, orchestration breakdowns, performance regressions.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and pairing, and surface field insights to Product and Engineering.
