Founding Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) - Healthcare Operations

Solum Health (YC-backed) automates the insurance work behind outpatient care: benefits verification, prior authorizations and finding missed coverage. As the founding Forward Deployed Engineer you'll own how Solum goes live at every new customer, connecting Solum to EHRs, CRMs, spreadsheets and inboxes and getting insurance automations running inside each provider group's workflow. 3+ years of experience; visa sponsorship available.

What you'll do:

• Own integrations end to end, then build the connection and take it live.
• Lead the technical side of customer deployments, from kickoff and access requests to go-live.
• Monitor automation performance after go-live and turn feedback into fixes.
• Write playbooks and reusable integration patterns, and add logging, monitoring and alerts.
