As a Forward Deployed Engineer you will work directly with customers, owning onboarding and implementation and integrating Stuut with their ERP and workflow systems.
What you'll do:
- Lead implementations from setup through integration and launch.
- Build integrations with ERPs such as NetSuite, SAP and Salesforce.
- Write production-quality scripts, automations and custom solutions for customer needs.
- Work with Sales and Customer Success, feed customer insights back to Product, and build docs and internal tools.
- Travel to customer sites as needed.
Requirements: 3+ years in technical, customer-facing engineering roles; strong Python; APIs, ETL and data integration; familiarity with enterprise authentication.
