Synechron is hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer to design and ship Agentic AI applications across Corporate Functions — Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, Marketing and Sales operations. You will be embedded directly with process owners, taking a real business problem from idea to a working, production-grade solution in weeks rather than quarters.

What you'll do:

  • Design, build and ship agentic AI applications that read from and write to enterprise systems of record, grounded on Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI services
  • Serve as the sole technical seat in a small pod alongside a process owner and business sponsor
  • Build multi-step workflows that hold state across many users and act on systems of record
  • Help set technical patterns the wider team reuses
